Profile

Ahmed Siffat Naveel Nur is a dedicated Lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Science & Technology Chittagong (USTC). He specializes in teaching various areas of Marketing including Marketing Management, Digital Marketing Strategies, and Consumer Behavior. He joined USTC in January 2024.

Siffat has been imparting knowledge as an adjunct faculty member in different private universities since 2021. Before transitioning into academia, Siffat gained valuable corporate work experience in the Telecommunications, Ecommerce, and Advertising industries. His expertise lies in strategizing Digital Communications. He provided consultancy services to various small and medium-sized enterprises, home and abroad.

Siffat is interested in studying how AI-driven marketing affects consumer behavior. He is currently awaiting the peer-review of two of his research projects relating to 1) the usage of Chatbots for conversational commerce and 2) Customer journeys in the post-Covid era.

Siffat aspires to attain a full professorship and ultimately reach a leadership role where he can guide an educational institution of exceptional repute to new heights.
