Fahmida Binta Wali

Fahmida Binta Wali has completed her graduation and post graduation from the University of Chittagong in the field of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology with outstanding cGPA. She was awarded Prime Minister gold medal and academic excellence award in 2017 for highest result in her B.Sc (Hons.). She was awarded different scholarships including UGC scholarship, Engineer Abdul Khalek Medha britti, university scholarship in university level, Chittagong board merit scholarships in her S.S.C and H.S.C and junior scholarship. Her research interests are molecular genetics, genetic basis of diseases, oncology and bioinformatics. Currently, she is running a URC project on molecular characterization of bromelain enzyme. She is also working in molecular etiology of breast cancer. Her research works were published in national and international journals.
