Jonaydul Karim is a dedicated academic professional who holds both a BA and MA in English from the University of Chittagong. His academic journey is marked by active participation in public speaking and debate competitions, particularly under the prestigious Chittagong University Debating Society (CUDS), which honed his communication and critical thinking skills.

In August 2024, Mr. Jonaydul Karim inaugurated his tenure as a lecturer at the University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC), where he continues to contribute to the Department of English Language and Literature (DELL). He attended several training sessions on effective classroom management and the integration of modern teaching tools and methodologies within classrooms before joining USTC. As a result of these experiences, he effectively incorporates modern teaching tools and methodologies into his classrooms, fostering an engaging learning environment. Additionally, he offers guidance to students in research, preparing them for academic excellence.
