Md. Masud Morshed is a Grade-A Registered Pharmacist (A-3970) by Pharmacy Council of Bangladesh has been working as Assistant Professor. Before joining in Pharmacy Department, USTC, he had also teaching experience in three different Pharmacy Department as well namely International Islamic University Chittagong, BGC Trust University Bangladesh & Dhaka International University. He possessed a passionate devotion in teaching and fascination for the modern advances in drug research. His specific fields of interest include Noble drug delivery systems, Plant based medicine and surveillance based study on different wings of Pharmacy practice. He believe in team work, published unique and collaborative research in renowned national/international Journals and presented his original research work at different scientific conferences. He have awarded M.Phil degree in Pharmacy from Department of Pharmacy, Jahangirnagar University. Prior to this, he had graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from BGC Trust University Bangladesh and a Master of Pharmacy (Thesis) from the Department of Pharmacy at the State University of Bangladesh, both with CGPAs of 3.94 and 3.92 (on a scale of 4.00), respectively. He was awarded merit scholarship in several stages of his education life.
His key areas of strength are in public speaking and leadership. Additionally, he had success at anchoring seminars in the prestigious pharmaceutical field. Throughout his professional life, he was a successful convener and member of several co-curricular activities committees and involved in various administrative works. He constantly appreciates perseverance and teamwork. He constantly tries to do what he can in any role that is assigned to him, with sincerity and dedication. He is proud of himself as a Professional Pharmacist and has a strong vision to assist the nation as much as he can.
Gahira, Chittagong, is his hometown. He is happily married to Adv. Kazi Nusrat Jahan and has one daughter named Nihana Shehzin Morshed.
