Mr. Imrul worked as a research fellow in the Laboratory of Molecular and Structural Immunology (MSI) for three years. In the MSI lab, he was involved in the development of a protein-based vaccine against Dengue Virus (DENV). He observed antibody response, T cell response, and cytokine (INF-γ and IL-2) responses by immunizing mice with the envelope domain-3 (ED3) protein of the different serotypes of DENV. His expertise lies primarily in Flow Cytometry and ELISA.
He has made significant contributions to the field of applied life science by publishing multiple papers in prestigious international journals, such as the International Journal of Molecular Sciences and Spatial Information Research.
