The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC) hosted a noteworthy orientation ceremony for the incoming batch on 11th January, 2024. The honorable Vice-Chancellor of USTC, Prof. Dr. Mohammad Solaiman, adorned the event as the chief guest, adding prestige to the occasion. Joining him were special guests, including Prof. Dr. Nurul Absar, who was given the distinguished title of the guest of honor, the Proctor of USTC, and Chairman of the Department of Pharmacy, Mr. Motaleb Bhuiyan, Prof. Dr. Ranajit Kumar Shaha, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Technology (FSET), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Aninda Kumar Nath, Director of IQAC and Dr. Mycal Dutta, the Advisor of Students Welfare Advisory Committee, also graced the ceremony with their presence. The entire faculty members of FSET attended to extend their warm welcome to the new students.
