Dr. Mohammad Arif is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Science and Technology Chittagong. Prior to joining USTC, he served as a Senior Lecturer and Program Coordinator of BBA and MBA program at the School of Business of University of Creative Technology Chittagong for over three years. In addition to teaching and coordinator position, he also played the role there as Additional Director of IQAC (Institutional Quality Assurance Cell). Dr. Arif achieved Ph.D from the University of Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) with Yayasan Tengku Abdullah Scholarship and served there as Research & Teaching Assistant (RTA). Before pursuing Ph.D he worked as Project Manager in a World Bank-financed UGC-HEQEP project “E-Resource Access Center and RFID Based Library Management” at North South University (NSU). Earlier he obtained MBA (Marketing) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and BBA (Marketing Management) from Multimedia University (MMU). He has several publications in international peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings. His areas of research interests are Consumer Behavior, E-commerce, Brand Management, Service Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality.
