Labony Akther is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC),Bangladesh, serving since November 2025. She completed her BBA in Management and MBA in International Business Management (IBM) from the University of Chittagong, Bangladesh.
Her research interests focus on Business Management, Sustainable Business Development, and the intersection of Business and Technology. She emphasizes practical learning, critical thinking, and preparing students to navigate modern business challenges. At USTC, she is committed to academic excellence, research development, and student mentorship.
