Profile

Md Salahuddin is a Lecturer in the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology at the University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC). He graduated from Noakhali Science and Technology University’s Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering Department with a B.Sc. and an MSc degree.
Through phytochemical screening of medicinal plants, Md. Salahuddin tried to find a novel breaker molecule (ARB’s) that could break antibiotic resistance. He received a National Science and Technology (NST) Fellowship and a combined research fellowship for teachers and students joint research at NSTU.

As a faculty member, he has a demonstrated track record of laboratory work. proficient in public speaking, presentations, and a wide range of molecular biology, microbiology, and pharmacology processes. His primary goal as a teacher is to inspire his students to be competent, informed, optimistic, and caring individuals.
