Profile

Nilanjona Dutta is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC). She completed her M.Sc. Engineering in Computer Science & Telecommunication Engineering from Noakhali Science and Technology University and her B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science & Engineering from BGC Trust University Bangladesh, graduating with academic distinction.

Prior to joining USTC, she served as a Lecturer at GAM Chartered University College. She also worked as Operations and Product Manager at Remote Talent Ltd., a Canadian-based multinational company, where she oversaw software operations, led UI/UX planning and product design using Figma, and coordinated cross-functional teams across IT, operations, and marketing. She contributed to recruitment, onboarding, and training of global remote staff, and helped implement operational processes to improve efficiency and collaboration.

Her professional interests include UI/UX design, user-centered product development, and analytical problem-solving. She focuses on fostering logical reasoning and structured thinking among students, helping them connect theoretical knowledge with practical applications in technology and computing.
