Profile

I joined the Department of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology Chittagong as a Lecturer on February 23, 2026. Prior to this role, I served as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant in the Department of Management Information Systems at Noakhali Science and Technology University, where I contributed to research projects, assisted in teaching activities, and supported students in research and thesis work.
I completed both my BBA and MBA in Management Information Systems from Noakhali Science and Technology University (NSTU), graduating in 2024 and 2025, respectively. I have been actively engaged in academic research for over four years, with publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and edited book chapters. Throughout my research journey, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with several distinguished national and international professors and researchers, enriching my academic perspective and research expertise. My scholarly work has been presented at several international conferences and has received notable recognition, including the Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Business, Economics, and Finance (ICBEF 2023), the Best Presenter Award at the International Conference on Embracing Industry 4.0 for Sustainable Business Growth (EISBG 2024), and the Best Poster Presentation and Best Proposal Award at the Research Project Contest 1.1 organized by the NSTU Research Society in 2025. Through my research, I aim to contribute to both theoretical advancement and practical solutions that foster technology-driven innovation and sustainable business practices.

My research interests focus on the intersection of business and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence in business, machine learning applications, technology adoption, deepfake in marketing, cashless tourism, virtual reality in business environments, sustainable business development, and management information systems. In teaching, I emphasize critical thinking and practical learning to prepare students for modern business challenges. Driven by a passion for transformative education, I aspire to become a full professor and contribute to advancing teaching, research, and societal impact in higher education.
