Profile

Salma Akter is currently serving as a Lecturer at the Department of Mathematics from December 1, 2024. Her research interest is Data Science, Machine Learning, Cosmology and Astronomy. Prior to her current position , Salma Akter was an Adjunct  Lecturer in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at BGC Trust University  from July 2023 to November 2024. She received prestigious National  Science and Technology (NST) Fellowship from  the Ministry  of Science and Technology ,Bangladesh and the University Merit Scholarship from the University of Chittagong.
