Tanzel Akter is currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology, Chittagong (USTC). She holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Her strong educational foundation in MIS allows her to bridge the gap between business strategy and technology, fostering innovative thinking in management education.

Her research interests include Business, Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology , Big Data and Digital Transformation. She is particularly interested in exploring how digital technologies reshape organizational processes, enhance decision-making, and influence sustainable business growth in both local and global contexts. Her academic pursuits reflect a passion for integrating theory with real-world applications to address contemporary business challenges.
