Srima Chowdhury is a Lecturer in Accounting whose teaching and research interests lie at the intersection of financial technology (FinTech), digital transformation, sustainability, and firm performance in emerging markets. She holds both a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from the University of Chittagong, where she graduated with distinction and ranked among the top students in her cohort.
Prior to joining academia, she gained professional experience through internships in audit and assurance at KPMG Bangladesh and business development roles in the non-profit sector. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals and focuses on green banking technology adoption, sustainable finance, ESG practices, and digital innovation. She also serves as a Research Assistant and journal reviewer, actively contributing to scholarly research and academic service. Her work aims to advance knowledge on sustainable business practices and technology-driven economic development.
