In the ever-evolving realm of academia, the significance of research skills cannot be overstated. Research not only forms the bedrock of knowledge but also equips individuals with the tools to navigate complexities, solve problems, and drive innovation. Recognizing the pivotal role research plays in shaping successful careers, the Faculty of Business Administration, USTC took a pioneering step by organizing a transformative workshop tailored for novice scholars from 16 Aug, 2023 to 22 Aug, 2023. This five-day workshop, attended by nearly 40 enthusiastic students with a shared interest in research, marked the inception of a journey that would not only hone their skills but also pave the way for a dedicated platform for research practice—the Research Club.
The workshop titled “Research for the Beginners” wasn’t just an ordinary event; it was an immersive experience that left an indelible mark on participants. Led by experienced faculty, a total of 6 topics were focused on a vital aspect of research paper creation. Honorable Vice-Chancellor (Acting) Professor Dr. Mohammad Solaiman was the Chief Guest of the Workshop.
